Individual Counseling
Support, reflective feedback, and identification of healthy and unhealthy patterns are some of the highlights of individual work. There are so many reasons one might seek out individual help. The avenues we take will depend on what is going on with you. Often times the progress will reflect more peace in your life and surroundings. These sessions are typically 45 minutes long and frequency varies with need.
Family Counseling
Sometimes we struggle with the closest and most significant relationships in our lives. This type of therapy works towards achieving more satisfaction and fulfillment in those relationships together with the other party in treatment, unlike individual counseling. It can be beneficial to have a neutral party involved to help foster a safe environment for repair or getting a better idea of the direction of the relationship.
In-Person or Telehealth Meetings?
I offer both in-person therapy and virtual/telehealth options. Some people love the convenience of signing onto session from the comfort of their home or on a lunch break at work. We still see each other through video on this platform. It removes the commute and allows me to see people who are not local to me. I see people all over Florida and in the state of Colorado this way. While this is the best option for some, others really love the idea of coming into an office and sharing physical space. We can also take a walk for session if that’s something that sounds helpful to you. We can talk more about what suits you best prior to your session.
